This posting covers multiple positions at various schools for the 2020-2021 school year.   

First day of school is August 30, 2020.

Terms of Employment: nine (9) months, academic school year of the students enrolled.

Elementary School: 2:45 – 6:00 pm, M-F

Middle School: 7:30 – 8:30am and 3:15 – 5:30 pm, M-F

NOTE:  Applications will be received, reviewed, and interviews completed by the ENCORE Director for job openings throughout the school year.

Education:  High School Diploma or High School Equivalency preferred.

Qualifications:  Eagerness to facilitate student learning, CPR/First Aid Certified or willingness to be trained for certification.

Job Goal:  To assist the Site Coordinator in providing a well organized, calm environment where students participate in enrichment activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with individual students or groups of students to support learning of material, skills, or activities.
• Assist Site Coordinator in generating special strategies for reinforcing skills based on a sympathetic understanding of individual students, their needs, interests, and abilities.
• Alert the Site Coordinator to any problem or special information about a student.
• Lead enrichment activities, homework, and centers as assigned by the Site Coordinator.
• Assist with supervision of students during all ENCORE activities.
• Assist students with clothing, snack preparation, clean-up, wash-up, and bathroom routine.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Coordinator, Project Director, or Principal.
