Summary:

The High School Boys Soccer Coach is responsible for developing a competitive soccer program that fosters skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Training: Plan and conduct practices; develop game strategies.
• Team Management: Recruit players, organize practices and games, enforce rules.
• Player Development: Evaluate performance and provide feedback; encourage goal-setting.
• Communication: Liaise with players, parents, and school staff; coordinate team activities.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records and schedules; ensure compliance with policies.
• Community Engagement: Promote the program and encourage community involvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer techniques and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
