Summary:
The High School Boys Soccer Coach is responsible for developing a competitive soccer program that fosters skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Training: Plan and conduct practices; develop game strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit players, organize practices and games, enforce rules.
- Player Development: Evaluate performance and provide feedback; encourage goal-setting.
- Communication: Liaise with players, parents, and school staff; coordinate team activities.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain records and schedules; ensure compliance with policies.
- Community Engagement: Promote the program and encourage community involvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
